Video broadcasting to mistreatment of animals

Dear readers, today is a particularly sensitive topic for which any lover of animals, but also a person with a little ‘heart can not be upset, well sorry.

The animal welfare organizations, in fact, have been activated to counter the ideas and statements of Chief Justice John G. American Roberts Jr., who established the law that prohibits the dissemination, creation and especially the sale of depictions of violence on animals, including dog fights, such as:

exaggerated, unsettling and dangerous!

For this reason, the federal law referred to above has been abolished and so everyone can do what they want!

Really absurd. The situation is likely to fall and nobody seems to do nothing despite the efforts.

But what is the explanation given by John G. Roberts Jr?

In his view

the government has no power to touch or restrict free expression and that regardless of message, ideas, the subject and content.

Hence his idea of abolishing the law to protect our animal friends: the law makes it illegal for any representation where the act is illegal in the place where he is sold.

It all started when producer Robert J. Stevens sold on violent video games between dogs and was sentenced to three years in prison, precisely because the federal law that has now been abolished.

You can not say anything more. Words are useless.
